Returns:
• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• To begin the return process, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Free Return Shipping:
• We cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided after your request is approved.

Refunds:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Used pet beds, feeders, and grooming tools (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards or promotional giveaway
